“Los Gigantes” have been putting on an impressive string of wins this past week. Today, they proved why they’re semifinalists. Starting off against “Micheal’s team,” the group picked off opposing players one by one, winning the first match in under a minute. They would go on to shut them out 3-0 in their round robin match. The “Busty Bombers” proved to be more equal competition, but would ultimaley fall after freshman Fernando Oseguera’s catch in a one-on-one nailbiter. The team will likely meet their match when they face “Raffo Dodging Balls Since ’04” in the semifinals tomorrow.
