Freshman Emma Guillory took home gold at the 13th Annual Freshman Poetry Battle, held on Friday, Feb. 13, in the Eagle Theatre. Emma performed her original poem “Decoration.”
Freshman Phuong Le won second place with “Heavy Hands,” and Heidi Wang won third with “To Dissect a Heart.”
