The school’s 11th annual dodgeball tournament kicked off today, April 22, at lunch in the large gym. Just one day into competition, a handful of students have already put on dodgeball clinics, turning heads and making crucial contributions to their teams. Today’s player of the day is senior Bryan Kim of Tryna F(x), whose hands were on clear display as he led his team to a 3-0 victory against the Cereal Killers in the first round of the tournament.

With the second day of the 11th annual Los Altos High School Dodgeball tournament underway, more students packed the gym as the games got more intense. Everyone is trying to help their team make it onto the next level and no single player did this more than sophomore Justin Kramer. His team, the Average Throws, featuring math teacher Matt Chaffee, took down the upperclassman team Young Rich Boys 2-0.

Dodgeball entered its third day of competition today, April 24, with five games being played during lunchtime. However, one game stood head and shoulders above the rest in terms of excitement; Los Compas vs. Large Fyalls Minus Snas pitted two highly competitive teams against one another.

Today marks the final day of the first round dodgeball matches. The action continues even fiercer this year as more teams show their dodgeball prowess in non-stop brawls that turn the gym courts into warzones. This time, onlookers turned their focuses to one game in particular: Fireballz vs. The Ball Busters.

With the second round of the 11th annual Los Altos High dodgeball tournament kicking off today, the intensity of the games greatly increased. As the more experienced teams faced off, the best of the best rose to the top. Among this adept group of dodgers was sophomore Brandon Falo.

The second round of dodgeball mayhem came to a close today, April 29, and with it came some great action. The day had some great surprises and upsets, but no game was more nail-biting than the all-out war between the Fireballz and The Banana Split.

After five days of furious play, dodgeball entered its “Sweet-16” stage of competition today, April 30. All of the tournament’s remaining teams competed, and, at the end of the day, only eight teams are left standing.
