Near the end of first period on Monday, August 22, a junior left her AP Physics class feeling faint and lost consciousness near the construction benches in the quad.
As is school policy, paramedics were called immediately after science teacher Greg Stoehr reported the incident.
The paramedics decided it was best to transport the student to the hospital so they could further check up on her well-being, but Principal Wynne Satterwhite said the girl is healthy and doing well.
