Last Thursday, May 1, during a staff breakfast, Talon adviser and English Teacher Michael Moul was honored with the MVLA teacher of the year award.

Mountain View High School and Los Altos High School alternate in giving the annual teacher of the year award. During their respective award-giving year, the school’s staff elect, based on a majority vote, the teacher of the year.

“I’m honored to receive this award,” Moul said. “There are lots of great teachers at Los Altos High who deserve it just as much as I do, and that makes LAHS a great place for students and staff members alike.”
