March Madness: Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four

Anthony Davis (Kentucky)

In what was most likely his last game playing for Kentucky, freshman Anthony Davis came out strong. Only a 19-year old freshman, Davis proved to be vital in Kentucky’s win tonight and is likely to be the No. 1 player to be drafted by the NBA this summer. In addition to his 6 points on offense, Davis spread the ball around and played hard on both ends of the court. Davis had 6 blocks, grabbed 16 rebounds, had 5 assists and 3 steals. He was, with no surprise, selected as the Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four. And due to his charisma, determination and skill on the court, he brings the trophy home to his fellow Kentucky Wildcats, putting an end to the March Madness for 2012.
