The Latino Student Union (LSU) performed a dance during brunch today, September 21. Club members performed a rehearsed routine for students in the quad.
“We usually have our performance only being at the diversity assembly,” president senior Glenda Vargas said. “But now this time we want to get the word out there…Especially after club day, we want to get people involved.”
The club is hoping to attract new members and get people excited about LSU this year. Members danced to traditional Latin music, and Vargas spoke about the club.
“We want to make sure that our culture gets out there,” Glenda said.
