Fire Alarm Triggered
Today, December 9, students exited their sixth period classes at 2:30 p.m. after the school’s fire alarm rang around campus.
Administration believes that autoshop’s heating agents were responsible for the false alarm.
“We think the alarm went off due to heating agents from autoshop. We’re not totally positive, but this is what we believe,” Assistant Principal Rosenberg said.
Students returned to classes at approximately 2:43 p.m. meaning that students were out of class for about 15 minutes.
