FBLA Hosts Go Green Project
The Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club held a campus cleanup today, January 18. Approximately 10 students and FBLA members came and participated in picking up trash around the campus.
This campus clean-up was one of the criteria that FBLA needed to complete in order to receive recognition at the annual State Leadership Conference. To complete the project, 10 percent of the club members are required to participate in a variety of events.
“For this state project, our club must demonstrate that we’ve been active in ‘going green,'” sophomore Elaine Zhao said. “So we hosted a campus cleanup.”
