The college career center, previously managed by Kristen Joseph, has changed both location and manager for the 2013-2014 school year. Now located in the once library computer room, the college career center is managed by Shadi Allen.
Allen said, to her knowledge, the center moved in order to be more central on campus and attract a greater flow of students. As a counselor, Allen has an extensive background in both high school and college counseling. Allen is looking forward to the school year and working at the high school.
“From what I’ve seen so far the school seems like a really interesting place, it should be a great year,” Allen said.
