Acting I will present “Now You’ve Scene It All!” tomorrow evening, Thursday, April 8 in the Eagle Theatre.

The show is a collection of 10 individual scenes performed by Acting I students.

According to Acting I teacher Nancy Moran, half of the scenes are student-written. Students spent most of third quarter writing the scenes.

“[The show is] a lot of fun,” Moran said. “It’s fast-paced and there are a lot of new, up-and-coming actors that the audience will be surprised to see.”

Of the scenes from published works, two are “on the more serious side,” according to Moran. All of the other scenes—including the scenes written by the students—are comedic.

Acting I students have been practicing for their performances over the last three weeks. This is their second performance of the year, and many are excited about the show.

“Before the first show, there was this atmosphere backstage; everyone was excited and really, really nervous,” freshman Sarah Rabin said. “This time around, we’ve grown from that experience and we know what to expect. We’re still nervous, but we’re going through it together.”

The show starts at 7 p.m. tomorrow. Tickets will be sold for $5 at the door.
