Members of the varsity badminton team competed in the annual Newark-Memorial High School Varsity Invitational yesterday, April 2.
While the team did not win in any of the categories, the team had to compete against many top competitors in the Northern Coast Section and Central Coast Section. Many nationally-ranked players also competed in the competition.
“We all did okay,” senior Stefan Tian said. “All of us lost to reasonably good people.”
