Construction in the 700 wing has been completed, drawing to a close the numerous construction projects funded by Measure A. The classes in the newly constructed rooms were able to move in on schedule during finals week.
Though much of the construction for the school was finished earlier in first semester, rooms 712 and 713 just finished construction in December. Moving went smoothly and according to schedule, and there have not been any problems with the classrooms.
Teachers are completely moved in and are enjoying the classrooms’ openness and size.
“I feel like it’s a really nice, big space to use,” Biology Honors and Biotech teacher Meghan Shuff said, who moved into room 713 from room 704.
